北京东方富民生态电力科技有限公司成立于2008年，遵纪守法经营，主要从事高倍聚光型光伏发电技术的研发，投资主要用于生产、应用示范，目前拥有专利技术四项:【高效光伏发电系统】、【创新型光伏发电系统追日器】、【高效光伏发电模组】、【高效光伏发电接收器】 ，高效光伏发电系统主要由砷化镓（砷和镓二种元素合成并生长成的一种III-V族化合物半导体材料）、1000倍聚光型光伏接收组件、双轴跟日机、光感器、风速计、控制器等组成。高效光伏发电系统整体具有抗暴风的能力，同时还有避雷措施。并且双轴自动跟踪，由内置软件设定启动电机跟踪角度值和其他功能，如昼夜控制、阴雨天控制、过云控制、大风控制等，接收器光电转换效率高达40%及以上，模组转换效率可达26%－33%。近三年以来主要从事该技术的研发与生产、示范工作，在国内外光伏发电技术专家的大力支持与配合下，进行了大胆的科技创新，首先提高了光伏发电接收器的转换效率，采用光学新材料，使原500倍聚光提高到1000倍聚光，根据光伏发电材料的原理和性能，发明了强光与弱光发电相结合的技术，该技术经多年研究与应用示范，能有效达到投资成本低，回收期短的预定目标。该技术解决填补了我国光伏行业在高倍聚光发电研发、生产、建设一条龙产业链发展的空白，解决了光伏地面发电站占用有限的土地资源、投资高回收低的瓶颈。
